Celebrate our Nation's 250th Birthday. Invite Paul Revere to your corporate event, school, library or Senior facility!
Your Musical Ventriloquist Kevin Driscoll, M. Ed. aka Paul Revere
Have you ever worked with dummies? (This is where you laugh and reply “Yes, every day!).
Invite Paul Revere to your next event? No, not really. Paul Revere is dead, but Kevin Driscoll portrays Paul Revere with his puppets. There is no historical proof that Paul Revere actually had a talking dog, but if he did.... it might resemble Doug The Talking Dog.
Kevin Driscoll is a Massachusetts Certified Teacher with decades of teaching experience. His FIVE STAR "Paul Revere & Friends" INTERACTIVE performance is in full compliance with the goals of the Massachusetts History and Social Science Curriculum Framework [3.T6].
The INTERACTIVE learning experience includes "the beginning of the Revolution at Lexington and Concord, Massachusetts (April 1775) … and the roles of Revolutionary leaders such as Paul Revere..."
As documented on Page 56 at https://www.doe.mass.edu/frameworks/hss/2018-12.pdf - "Topic 6. Massachusetts in the 18th century through the American Revolution [3.T6] Supporting Questions: Why is Massachusetts important to the nation’s history? How did different views about the fairness of taxes and government lead to the American Revolution?"

America 250 Celebration Comes to Oak Haven Family CampgroundFeaturing National Award-Winning Musical Ventriloquist Kevin Driscoll as Paul Revere and Friends™
Wales, MA — In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, Oak Haven Family Campground will host a spirited America 250 event on Friday, July 3 at 11:00 AM at 22 Main Street, Wales, Massachusetts, featuring Boston’s national award-winning musical ventriloquist Kevin Driscoll, performing as Paul Revere and Friends™.
As communities across the nation commemorate two and a half centuries of American independence, Driscoll brings Revolutionary-era history to life with music, comedy, and interactive ventriloquism designed to engage audiences of all ages. Blending patriotic storytelling with family-friendly entertainment, the program celebrates the enduring ideals of liberty, courage, and unity that define the American experience.
While historians agree there is no documented evidence that Paul Revere owned a talking dog, audiences at Oak Haven may find themselves imagining otherwise. If such a companion had joined Revere on his legendary midnight ride, he might very well have looked and sounded like Doug The Talking Dog, one of Driscoll’s most beloved characters. Doug adds humor, heart, and a contemporary twist to the Revolutionary narrative, helping younger audiences connect with the spirit of 1776.
Driscoll recently entertained large crowds at the Boston Parks Department’s America-themed extravaganza on the historic Boston Common, further solidifying his reputation for delivering high-caliber, educational entertainment that resonates across generations.
The Oak Haven Family Campground event promises to be a highlight of the July 4th holiday weekend, offering campers and visitors a meaningful and memorable way to honor America’s 250th birthday.
Families, history enthusiasts, and patriotic Americans are invited to gather under the summer sky and celebrate this historic milestone with laughter, music, and Revolutionary flair.
